Add Membership
Step 1: Create a website account for each member
In order for each member to be able to login and use the password reset function, both primary and secondary members need a website account.

Search Website Accounts
Add Website Accounts
ENTER CONTACT DETAILS
- Enter First Name and Last Name
- Enter Email
- Enter Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country
- Enter Mobile Phone for Phone
- Click Save
- Click "+ Add custom fields"
- Check the checkbox for Additional Information
- Click Save
- Enter Maiden Name (if applicable)
- Enter Birth Date (if applicable)
- Enter Home Phone (if applicable)
- Enter Work Phone (if applicable)
SPECIFIY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Click the "Subscriptions" tab.
Mailing Lists
- In the Mailing Lists section, click to subscribe this member to the "Krewe of Bonaparte" mailing list.
- Click the Save button.
Secure Zones
- For all members, click the "Krewe Members" checkbox.
- If the members is a website adminsitrator or needs access to the management dashboard, click "Dashboard" checkbox also.
- Click the Save button.
Step 2: Create the membership
Add Membership
- Add Item name as Last Name, First Names
- Skip down to Custom Properties section
- For Primary & Secondary Member, enter the member's email address
